We begin with the highest quality aged raw organic Apple Cider Vinegar, crafted to perfection a few miles from our farm. Then we add rich full-flavored Raw Honey from our local apiary. We’ve paired them with our fresh farm grown Black Raspberries and Tulsi Holy Basil. A delightful balance of sweet juicy berries and fragrant warming herbal character, a flavorful combination for any season.

Mix 1 part Shrub with 8-10 parts Tonic Water, Flavored Tonic Water, Club Soda (optional 1 part spirit of choice).

1 (6 fl oz) bottle makes 48-60 oz of mixed beverage.

Your shrub bottle may show signs of developing a vinegar scoby. This is a natural process due to the nature of the ingredients: raw organic vinegar, raw honey, and fresh fruit/herbs. A scoby is a sign that your vinegar is healthy, active, breaking down sugars, and fortified with prebiotics! The scoby is safe to consume, or it can be saved and used as a starter for homemade vinegar.
