It is so important to us that our offerings are firmly rooted in local ingredients and freshly gathered, nutrient dense, delightful flavors. We grow our own fruit and herbs to infuse into our shrubs and elixirs! (black raspberries, husk cherries, elderberries, tulsi, lemon balm, pine needles)

The few ingredients we don't currently produce, we are happy to source from local small organic farms who do! (peaches, blueberries, ginger and turmeric)

We are proud to use Certified Organic Cold-Aged Raw Apple Cider Vinegar from Sewall Orchard in neighboring Lincolnville. The Raw Honey we use in our shrubs and elixirs is proudly sourced from Sparky's Apiaries in Hope, located less than 3 miles from our farm. We have found both of these products to have superior flavor and quality. We enjoy personal connections with these talented and hardworking individuals and find that their values regarding local food and nourishment are woven closely with our own.
