A blend of our farm-grown Lemon Balm leaf, tender Fennel fronds, and Chamomile flower. Calming, fragrant, and uplifting. Helps to clear the mind, soothe digestion and settle the nervous system.
Recommended brewing: 1-2tbs per 8oz water. Hand crush tea, add to a steeping vessel, pour 180-200 degree water over, steep *covered* for about 1.5 minutes. Strain and enjoy! To make additional infusions, add about 30 seconds of steep time per infusion.
