Turmeric’s luscious emerald foliage rises from sturdy stalks into the near-tropical heat of a summer greenhouse. Tender finger-like root rhizomes burrow and expand through the soil until mid autumn when they are gently dug. We process these Maine-grown roots fresh from a human-powered and organic certified farm.

When to reach for Turmeric:

This richly pungent preparation supports connective tissues including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, especially following physical activity. This tincture of Turmeric offers unique topical support when applied to an area of discomfort, soreness, or stiffness. Turmeric root is also highly regarded as a rejuvenative daily tonic to support digestion and liver function which in turn nourishes the body as a whole, helping to balance hormones, maintain healthy inflammatory response, immune function, and skin vitality.*

Black Peppercorns are warming and aromatic which help to support circulation and the movement of beneficial constituents throughout the body. Black Peppercorn tincture is added to this preparation to aid the body’s absorption of Turmeric’s components.*
